What skin types can use Feelist products?

Our clean skin care products were specifically formulated and designed for all skin types, but we recommend testing our products on a small patch of skin first.

 

Are these products tested on animals?

No. The Feelist skincare collection is vegan and cruelty-free.

 

What skincare products does the Feelist provide?

  • Face Oil Serum safe for all skin types especially acne-prone skin.

  • CBD Pain Relief Cream infused with an extra strength dose of 500mg Broad Spectrum CBD.

  • Natural Hand Cream infused with 250mg of Broad Spectrum CBD, Bergamot, Vetiver and Citrus Oils, Mango Seed, and Shea butter.

  • Sea Salt Soak is our mineral-rich detoxifying salt soak blend of Himalayan, Epsom, and Sea salts infused with lavender and vanilla oils.

  • Relaxation Kit includes the Do Not Disturb natural hand cream and sea salt soak combo to reduce swelling and rehydrate the body.

Can CBD get you high?

No. CBD is nonpsychoactive and will not get you high. All of The Feelist CBD is hemp-derived and contains no THC.

 

Is CBD legal?

Yes. In 2018, the United States passed the Farm Bill which allows US farmers to legally grow and sell industrial hemp. The passing of the Farm Bill allows for the study, manufacture, sale, and consumption of products created with industrial hemp and less than 0.3% THC.

 

What are the benefits of CBD?

The benefits of CBD are extensive and we continue to learn more about this incredible ingredient as more research in the space emerges each day. CBD is generally considered effective an effective remedy for anxiety, stress, inflammation, neuropathic pain, and depression. When applied topically, studies have shown CBD to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which is great for the skin, joints, and muscles.

 

How should I store your products?

We recommend storing our products in a cool, dry, dark place to protect the oils and active ingredients.

 

Are your products lab tested?

All of our products are tested by third-party labs.

 

Where are your products made?

All of our products are formulated and produced in the United States using only the finest and highly vetted ingredients.

 

When do your products expire?

The average shelf life for our products is 24 months. To optimize potency, we recommend use within the first 6-12 months.

 

Can you fly with CBD?

Inside the USA, yes. TSA Guidelines allow people to travel with CBD products that contain less than 0.3% THC in both carry-on and checked baggage. As all countries have varying laws regarding flying with CBD, we do not recommend flying internationally with our products at this time.

Where does Feelist ship?

The Feelist currently only ships within the United States and Canada.

 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as you submit the order on the website.

 

When will my order arrive?

Your order will arrive within 5-7 business days in the USA.

For international shipping, most orders ship within 2-4 business days of ordering from our warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order has shipped you can expect it to take between 3-10 business days to arrive to you! Please allow an additional 10-14 business days for order processing during sale periods. For The Feelist is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions or customs delays.

 

When will my order ship?

As soon as your order is placed, it is sent to our fulfillment center, and from there, we pack and ship it directly to you. Orders generally process in 2 to 4 business days, with orders placed after 1:00 PM EST processing the next business day. If you have any questions about the status of your order, you can reach out to us at orders@thefeelist.com.

 

What is your return policy?

The Feelist does not offer refunds. In the unlikely case you received a damaged product, we are happy to exchange this for you as long as it is unopened and declared within 14 days of purchase. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you have any questions, email orders@thefeelist.com

 

How do I place a return or exchange?

What forms of payment do you accept?

The Feelist currently accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Quoted international shipping fees do not include custom & duty fees. Customer is responsible for all customs & duty fees. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. If you refuse a shipment from The Feelist you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package. We do not allow returns or exchanges internationally.

Will I have to pay international Taxes & Duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs taxes & duties are not included in your shipping fee. The Feelist cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. If you refuse a shipment from The Feelist, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to The Feelist. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded. If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through The Feelist. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
